Both lead to the same network. They simply do not ask for the same things — and it is up to you to choose what you want to give.

The chat, right away. We ask for your age, your sex (“Secret” is an answer), a nickname and a town — nothing else: no account, no camera, no photo.
It is the shortest way in, and it stays that way: nobody has to go through dating just to come and talk.
Dating
Profiles, map and video room. For adults only, in three steps — the first one asks for nothing at all.

Browse profiles and the map, and join a video call.
The video room has one more requirement: your nickname must be verified on the network by the bot, and match your account. It is the same access as channel administration; it reopens in a few seconds and closes by itself after 24 minutes of inactivity — the room then pauses, it does not throw you out.
